1. Who we are

Xep Delivery operates email newsletters and sends partner offers to subscribers. The controller for the data described here is Xep Delivery, Guerickestraße 14, 10587 Berlin, Germany. Contact: info@xepdelivery.com.

2. What data we process

• Email address — required to deliver the newsletter.
• Country or language preference — used to send you content in your language and for your region.
• Delivery and engagement events — whether a message was delivered, bounced, opened or a link was clicked. These are used to keep our lists clean and to stop sending to addresses that no longer work.

We do not collect payment data, passwords or government identifiers, and we never ask for them by email.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

We send newsletters on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in communicating with existing subscribers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing; withdrawal takes effect immediately for future messages.

4. Who receives the data

To send email we use infrastructure providers (email delivery services and hosting) who process data on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Some providers may operate outside the EU/EEA; in that case transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, and for a limited period afterwards to honour your unsubscribe request across all our lists (a suppression record). Bounce and complaint records are kept so we do not contact that address again.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Write to info@xepdelivery.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence.

7. Unsubscribing

Every message we send contains an unsubscribe link, and supports one-click unsubscribe in email clients that offer it. You can also use the form on our unsubscribe page or email us.

8. Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
